Who We Are
We are a National Petroleum Authority licensed LPG Marketing Company committed to safe, reliable LPG supply across Ghana.
Our Story
Go-Gas Ventures Limited was founded in [YEAR] with a clear purpose: to make clean, safe LPG accessible and reliably available to households, businesses, and institutions across Ghana. Since our founding, we have grown from a single retail station into a multi-service LPG Marketing Company with retail stations, a bulk supply operation, and a tank installation capability.
We operate under a licence granted by Ghana's National Petroleum Authority (NPA) as an LPG Marketing Company (LPGMC) — the regulatory designation for companies authorised to market, distribute, and sell LPG at the retail and commercial level in Ghana. Our NPA licence is our commitment to you that we operate within the law and to the safety standards that protect our customers and communities.
Today, Go-Gas serves retail customers at our filling stations, commercial and industrial clients through our bulk LPG supply operation, and property developers and institutions through our LPG tank installation service. Our service area covers [REGIONS/CITIES] and continues to grow.
Regulatory Compliance
The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) of Ghana is the government body responsible for regulating the downstream petroleum sector, including the marketing and sale of LPG. To legally operate as an LPG Marketing Company in Ghana, a company must hold a valid NPA LPGMC licence — a designation that requires compliance with the NPA Act, LPG safety regulations, site standards, and operational requirements.
Go-Gas Ventures Limited holds NPA LPGMC Licence No. [NPA/LPGMC/XXXX/XXXX]. This licence is renewed annually and is subject to NPA inspection and audit. When you buy LPG from Go-Gas — whether at our retail stations, via bulk delivery, or through a tank we install — you are buying from a company that operates within Ghana's petroleum regulatory framework.
Safety & Standards
LPG is a regulated, flammable product. At Go-Gas, safety is not an afterthought — it is built into our operations at every level, from station design to delivery procedures to installation practices.
Every Go-Gas retail station is designed and built to NPA specifications. Fire safety equipment, proper earthing, safe cylinder storage, and trained attendants are standard at every location.
Our bulk delivery vehicles are maintained to current safety standards. Drivers follow strict LPG transfer procedures at every delivery site, including hose inspection, bonding, and pressure management.
Tank and pipeline installations are carried out by qualified technicians. Every system is pressure-tested before commissioning, and we provide safety handover documentation to the client.
All Go-Gas staff who handle LPG — from station attendants to installation technicians — receive appropriate safety training and refresher courses as required by the NPA.
Our stations and installations are subject to regular NPA inspection. We also carry out our own internal safety audits to identify and address potential hazards proactively.
We provide customers with clear guidance on safe LPG use, storage, and what to do in the event of a gas leak — because safety doesn't end at our site boundary.
